I’m buying a flat & before I move in I’d like to paint all the walls & ceilings all white(currently a variety of colours). There is also carpets in living room, hallway & bedroom I’d like lifted and the wooden floors sanded underneath.

Due to water leak I just need new ceiling so plasterboard and filled and painted

We want the kitchen and utility toom changed from the very dark colour they currently are to a light colour
