There’s a total of 65m2 of artex wall/ceilings in the entire property (hallway, kitchen, stairs, landing, bedrooms, stairs to loft) that require skimming. The other walls do not need skimming at all. You must be able to obtain a smooth finish. You must supply all your own materials and tools.

I need all the walls and ceilings and skirtings in this property painted white. The walls will have been plastered and everything will be ready by the time I require the walls and ceilings and skirtings to be painted.
