I have about 25sqm of patio that I want a frame for decking to be laid on (I will buy and lay the decking boards myself). I've attached a photo of the old decking which has been taken away. I'd like the tasker to source all the wood for the frame and build it.

There are hooks on the exterior wall of the House, but in the other side we have wooden supports that Need to be drilled into the garden wall and he tarp needs to be stretched across the patio from the house, with further wooden support beams we have going across from the exterior house wall to the garden wall for suport

Two areas of decking boards on our patio have rotten timber under our large potted trees. This job requires the following: Remove rotten decking boards and existing supporting timber sub-framework. Repair and reinforce area of deck subframe as necessary Replace decking boards To carry out this work, you will need at least three men to move the potted trees as they are very heavy. I am looking to refurbish my patio garden carrying out the following: -Remove existing grey tiles+ skirting, install new large (750mm*750mm) tiles in areas shown. Entire area approx 14sqm. -Build white rendered wall in position shown . Preferable if you could source breeze blocks etc for this however I’m happy to order if need be. -Install a wooden bench in position shown (either cedar wood or pine wood with a cedar wood stain). Two sections of the bench labelled “A” and “B” need to be detachable so that access can be gained to storage space and a manhole respectively. As with the above, I’m open to suggestions if you know any good suppliers. If I’m happy with the above work there will also be the opportunity to carry out other jobs in this property and others going forward.
