Previous installers of paving slabs didn't finish job (slabs are to be used as base for lightweight structure). 1.)Need kiln-dried sand swept into spaces in between pavers. 2.) If possible, need a few pavers cut to size to go in areas where there is currently gravel (areas circled in red). 3.)A retaining wall for the patio was not completed so need a few more inches (see picture with brick). 4.) Additional shoring up needed for a few slabs in front row.

Remove and discard existing concrete pavers. Break out small sections of concrete sub base. Sub-base requires leveling. New stone pavers and grout. New timber slats to repair existing timber fence to one side of patio (1.8m). Patio area circa 9m x 4.5m.

Need front path relaying and repointing

The front garden has soil that has hardened over the years and only wild weeds grown on it. I want to cover about 70- 80% of the front garden with bricks on the ground (it's called paving I think).
