Plaster has fallen from ceiling. Need old, loose plaster removing and the ceiling replastered to make sure it’s safe

I need around the bottom of the walls in the living room to be replastered - some plaster has come off when skirting was removed. Then I need new skirting putting on. The room is approx 3300*5600mm. We have the skirting and happy to buy the plaster if you can let us know what type to buy. Some photos provided as an example of what the damage looks like. It's worse in some areas than others.
