Plastering of a bedroom, kitchen some base coat needs to be completed in these areas before the finish, as we took more than surface off walls. Someone else is doing the ceilings , someone else is doing broading and skimmng of ceiling. The bedsit kitchen will have a few double plugs putting in at kitchen work top level. Found suspected live cable in wall (cable detector shows AC warning; warning disappears when ‘SOCKETS’ breaker is turned off). Small area of plaster has broken away exposing/indicating wiring path near a socket. Need qualified electrician to inspect and make safe before painting.

I need a 6m wall and a 3m wall painted white. In the smaller wall there was a flat screen and I want all the cables removed and the holes filled. In another room I want the wallpaper taken off and the wall painted white. In another room I want the holes that the flat screen left filled.

We are looking for a plasterer to plasterboard and then skim a ceiling. Some rock wool might need replacing but that can be supplied. 4th floor no lift but decent staircase and not too steep or narrow. We can supply materials if preferred due to stairs.
