I am looking to repair and repaint a section of my living room ceiling that has water damage. The water damage has left visible stains, and I need someone to assess the affected area to ensure there is no further underlying damage (e.g., mold, dampness) and confirm that the source of the water damage has been addressed. Clean and treat the water-stained area to ensure it is ready for painting. Apply any necessary primer or stain-blocking treatment to prevent the stain from showing through the new paint. Repaint the affected ceiling area to match the existing paint colour. If needed, I can provide the paint.

I had an in-wall cabinet removed and there were gaps within the wall that I had filled with cement to even out the wall. Now I need someone to smooth the rough edges and plaster it down before I paint it.

We have an exposed socket and hole(?) on a wall where I assume a TV had been prior. Hi, I just redid the lighting of my entire flat, therefore the ceilings and one wall will need to be plastered. The electrical work is very clean- they cut out the plasterboard around the lighting fitting and placed it back, so only the gap between the plasterboards needs to be plastered/filled. - Due date: Before Thursday, 4 August 2022
