Plaster a wall to replace crumbled plaster

I am looking to repair and repaint a section of my living room ceiling that has water damage. The water damage has left visible stains, and I need someone to assess the affected area to ensure there is no further underlying damage (e.g., mold, dampness) and confirm that the source of the water damage has been addressed. Clean and treat the water-stained area to ensure it is ready for painting. Apply any necessary primer or stain-blocking treatment to prevent the stain from showing through the new paint. Repaint the affected ceiling area to match the existing paint colour. If needed, I can provide the paint.

I need the ceiling and the fireplace hearth to be plastered to a very smooth finish.

Help me lift six sheets (4 plywood, 2 plasterboard) up three flights of stairs. I will hold one end. Must be here at 2pm today

The plastering on the ceiling of the basement (under the stairs) has fallen down and needs to be redone

We would like to mount a 6'x4' whiteboard to this wall that has this stuff on the wall as pictured. To mount the whiteboard we require the TV mounting plate to be removed. Also the power sockets will need to be removed as they will prevent the whiteboard from sitting flush with the wall. The wall is an internal plasterboard wall in an office setting.

I had an in-wall cabinet removed and there were gaps within the wall that I had filled with cement to even out the wall. Now I need someone to smooth the rough edges and plaster it down before I paint it.

The previous person who put the shelves for us didn't use the correct nail size so they have all came out of its place so we need someone to turn up with the nails and fix the shelves back in

However the wall has had some holes drilled in it before and plastered over so I'm not sure about doing this myself. We have two different lamp ceiling fans we need installing in our flat, one in a child’s bedroom and one in our lounge. The ceiling is plasterboard so the person would need to be able to locate the beams to hang them on in each room, and do the rewiring work. Option 1 Remove the felt, keep the frame and infill with a panel/panels in between the frame and tape join and decorate to match the wall. Option 2 Remove everything, infill all holes, plaster and decorate to match the existing wall. Both options should have the electric cables etc (from the screen) removed.
