I need the following 4 tasks done in my office - An extension lead wire to be cable clipped to the wall (image 1) - A shelf installed (drill and nails needed) (image 2) - A meeting room ceiling re-plastered & repainted (image 3) - A hole drilled into the back of a metal cabinet (image 4)

Small paint task, painting over plaster repair and replaced boxing.

There is a small access panel in my ceiling to access the HVAC pipes. One of the pipes were leaking and have led to the discoloration of the ceiling. The leak is now fixed and so we would like to get the ceiling painted. There is also a small hole in the panel, which we would like for to be fixed with plaster or any other appropriate material.

Replaster the false ceiling of tre separate rooms. One had a big leak now fixed, but the false ceiling needs to be fixed and repainted as there are brown staines. The other two need replastering to rebuild the false ceiling that was removed to investigate the main leak. Installed adhesive 30x30cm sound proofing tiles on ceiling. Thus lines between the tiles and cracks, unevenness need to be filled to create smooth surface again. Thus needs painting at the end. About 12sqm ceiling space. Please bring materials. - Due date: Flexible

Small bedroom with wallpaper (see photos). Wallpaper needs to be removed, walls plastered, repaired and painted white. Ceiling also painted. The room has been cleared since the photos. Don’t have my own supplies, you will need to bring all necessary tools and equipment.
