Mount 43 inch tv onto a plasterboard wall and have cabling chased into the wall

I'd love to fix my baby boys room.. theres a few issues with it. 1 corner has some old damp from previous owners (we have now fixed the gutters to prevent further damage). We need to steam the old wallpaper off so we have a fresh wall to work with. In another corner we need to remove a plank that once hid pipes i believe. There are no longer pipes behind it (see photos). This would then require plastering to fill in his gap and create a flat smooth wall. Then I need to paint the whole room again! We have 2 kids so are too busy and never get time to resolve these issues and my son is now almost 6 months. Please please reach out to me if you think you can help me? Fee negotiable. Thank you

We need to replaster the ceiling in most rooms of our flat. The total area of the flat is 100sqm. We do not need to do the bathroom and one of the bedrooms - crossed in green in the picture.

IKEA's ENHET kitchen wall cupboard serie apparently hasn't the option to be mounted on rails on Plaster wall like METOD. We need an experienced Airtasker to mount 2 wall cupboards one of which will contain plates, so a bit heavy. It's essential that they have ALREADY mounted IKEA ENHET cupboards on a plaster wall.

Skim a ceiling so that it has a smooth finish. we already have some Knauf Pro Roll ready mixed plaster that you could use but not essential. we have already patched it up after some damage, just need a final finishing layer to make it look good. There is original coving that needs to be treated respectfully as a little delicate.
