Walls of good to Ok condition, i believe it requires skimming just to give it that smooth finish in a medium sized room.

I’ll get full measurements sorted, cos there’s an alcove thing, smallish upstairs bathroom, 2.3m width, 1.8m depth, 2.3m height. Needs ripping out (or we can do this), plastering a bit. Then an install of a shower (mixer) possibly some side jets, definitely a few heads - rainfall, normal and maybe one of those small feet ones), tiled, floor to ceiling with a divider and a big tray (where the bath is now, we don’t want a bath), new toilet, sink, towel rail radiator. Whatever else the Mrs wants that is feasible probably. Happy to source the appliances ourself or discuss your ideas. Cash ready, good to go, the room that’s in here (from when we moved in) is depressing frankly. Willenhall. Some plaster work touch ups to cover some previous plasterboard cracks. Painting touch ups over this. Paint and plaster supplied but not the tools to do the job.

I need plastering done, skirting boards done, panelling and changing the taps and also fitting a shower

Three ceilings need re boarding and plastering, a wooden floor needs to be fitted 45sqm and skirting fitted. Some painting is required (at least 4 ceilings). There may be a couple of other things that need doing.

Take the toilet out and sink upstairs and replace the boards and plaster board on sealing down stairs and put the toilet and sink back

I need two curtain poles hanging. The walls are plasterboard so will either need strong fittings or fitting into the brick beneath
