Remove existing kitchen worktop, Install new sink with unit and plumb in along with some other small plumbing work , the existing worktops are granite, i will remove the upstands myself as its quite easy, except for the one behind the cooker. The new sink is a belfast style ceramic sink with new carcus with it - Disposal wise, if you can let me know if you are able to do this then we can work something out. The other plumbing work is replacement of flush systems in 2 toilets and adding isolating valves for water pipes in 2 bathrooms.
