I need a plumber who can remove existing toilet and install a new bidet toilet (electric wiring and connection will be required)

The plug cannot be opened in the washbasin, bottom part needs to be unscrewed. Toilet blocked. It works with a macerator.

The water does not come out. I think the solenoid valve needs replacing

Budget is placeholder. Open to quotes. There is a watertank in the flat. this will need to be removed. the black pipe is water inlet, but currently not operational. this will need to be cut from the base as seen in the pictures and mouth be blocked. the white water pipe is excess water overflow. this will need to be blocked as well after the tank is removed. the other metal pipes. one of them is inlet feeding the black tank from the main water line. and the other one is outlet going to the toilet flush. They seem to be linked already, but should be isolated from the black tank unit. No electrical connections are involved in the job. The unit is unplugged already.
