My outdoor tap broke and was removed. I have a new tap that needs installing to existing plumbing

My vanity unit (picture attached) needs replacing. I purchased a like new unit, more or less the same except basic non fancy taps! I will try and upload a pic of the new vanity but it's essentially the same thing with normal single hole tap..The newer unit was sold to me already put together with basin, taps, flexor pipes already attached so there's no work to be done in putting the cabinet together or adding a basin. Not sure but someone said yeh flexor pipes might be short on the replacement vanity so I will buy some in case needed. Thank you

Looking for a qualified plumber to remove existing fittings and install the 1st fix and then come back to install the 2nd fix fittings after we do the tiling. This includes a wall hang toilet (currently a standard one), shower tray and shower fittings, shower door (none at present), a small basin and a radiator (all to be placed in the same locations). This is for a very small underneath the stairs shower room. We are looking to do the tiling ourselves to make savings. After this project, we would need the same for the main bathroom.

My outside tap was fitted and working then when my new kitchen was fitted the outside tap stopped working.

We would like our existing kitchen sink replaced with a bigger one that we have already purchased. The worktop will need cutting out bigger for it to fit. Waste pipes underneath will most likely need adjusting too.

Tap is leaking (just a drop at a time) and the rubber seal needs to be replaced. Or if you can advice if it's best to replace tap long term. Quick job but looking for a local plumber to help with other larger tasks with bathroom and kitchen renovation.

Connect hot/cold water pipes and waste pipe to 2 sinks

The siliac on seal in the shower has worn off I tried to use a sealant tape to fix it but it has not worked. There is slight water damage to the ceiling downstairs so I want it repaired pofessionally. Also the sink in the kitchen needs to be sealed as the silicone seal has come out.

My fathers shower doesnt work, possibly pipes. Needs also to make shower easier to use/ enter, as hes 90. Thank you
