Our fridge is not keeping food cold. The freezer seems to be working fine.

The bathroom needs silicone to seal the tub and toilet and sink and prevent leaks to the kitchen below. Old silicone needs removal too.

Hello Our kitchen tap is leaking and need replacing. The seal at bottom is also leaking so I think it needs the bands replacing. In the bathroom we also have a small leak and the band around the seal needs to be changed on the plastic pipe. Quote to include supply and fitting of tap. Thanks Daniel

Remove close coupled toilet and cistern, replace with new on a like-for-like basis. Dispose of old toilet if possible.

Change the pipe shown in the picture from plastic to copper (just like the copper pipe next to it). We had a leakage accident with plastic pipe last year and dont want another accident. So would like to change it to copper please.

Issues with toilet flush. It's leaking water inside toilet - Due date: Flexible

1) Install the water bidet for 3x toilets. The product is available with me from Amazon - simple installation steps are available. Note - no drilling etc required for the bidet holder so only pipe/plumbing work is to attach the T-junction connector etc 2) Fix hot water shower pressure - My shower has good water pressure via the motor. It used to work fine for both cold and hot water but recently the hot water pressure has reduced but the cold water pressure is still the same. Needs some troubleshooting and fixing - I think the problem could be with the pressure in the tank/pipes etc - Due date: Before Thursday, 17 November 2022
