I have a Vaillant Ecotec plus 831. I have hot water but no heating, when heating is called for, the boiler reaches a hot temperature then cuts off , this happens repeatedly,there are no leaks or pressure loss, and no fault codes, I’m looking for a qualified person to diagnose and repair. Hello! Looking for someone to adjust our mixer valve on our bath. It's pretty cold at the moment (new builds limit it due to anti scolding...). Also, one or two tiny (repair overfill drain) jobs that can be done at the same time. We live next to the train station in Chelmsford.
