We need to remove the old bath and replace it with a new bath also to continue tiling near shower and put in a new sink

Toilet is severely blocked, with water leaking into kitchen light downstairs.

The mixer taps of the bath are loose and come off . The mixer lever also keeps falling down ( The screw has come loose). The mixing is also inefficient because I can feel 2 different temperatures in the water stream. Cleaning of bathroom taps and kitchen taps for efficient water mixing also required.

Chipped shower tray needs repairing.

Replace the bathroom tap & tighten the kitchen tap.

Bathroom tap water smells but kitchen water doesn't which suggests we may have an issue with the water tank in the loft. Please check to see if tank is contaminated or damaged so we can plan next steps.
