Under kitchen sink. Ref (hot water) valve outlet is leaking. Handyman couldn't fix it, didn't have the right tool or tried and it didn't work. (Added a spatula and bowl to isolate the water, it's a drop a second or every 2 seconds)

Our bath/shower tap snapped off. It's super old and was about time to replace it. This needs removing and new, shiny one installing. Currently difficult to reach the back of the tap due to white sink unit blocking. Had permission from landlord to remove. Is this workable? possible?
Richard was really communicative, punctual and got the job done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommend and will be my plumber of choice from now on.

Hi! It's a simple thing, really, but both our kitchen and bathroom sink are leaking a little bit. We basically need someone to come and tighten the pipes, check if there is any damage (I don't think there is tho, the pipes are quite new)
