We have a leak from our shower plumber has been part of our home care they say it's the shower needs sealing and tiles checked need a handy man plus we think frame needs sealing.

Leaking joint in gutter needs fixing

The bathroom shower is not bringing out hot water consistently. The toilet and shower uses macerator pump to drain water and waste... An electrician had recently visited to check the shower, but he was not 100% sure as to why the hot water is not consistent. Hot water would sometimes come out then becomes cold gradually. The electrician is of the view that it could be issue with the pressure, and that it may need a shower pump. So if you are competent at fixing similar issue, I would appreciate that you make me an offer.

I placed a very hot pot on the Formica kitchen work too and it got burnt exactly the shape of the put (Circular pot bottom).
