Toilet cistern has a slow leak, which makes the cistern refill itself every so often.

Replacement of shower mixer tap with new unit, already sourced. Will involve breakage of a small number of brick type tiles (see picture) but we have spares so no drama. Mostly plumbing work - we'd like to see the copper pipe ends for hot and cold prepared correctly and balanced to meet the new tap. Ideally would like a quote to include setting back replacement tiles (but excluding grouting as we can do that)

Need to reseal bath and shower

1) recently DIY fitted boiling water tap the regular hot water flexi hose is leaking and need to dismantle and remove existing hose and replace with new one. 2) under-sink pipework is all loose and needs to be fixed in place (kitchen) 3)wobbly tap needs tightening up (ultility sink) 4) hot/cold hoses need swapping over (WC sink)

Need help installing a washer dryer , fitting to the waste pipe is missing can’t find replacement. Also check a leak under the sink.

Shower in en suite needs the sikicome seal removed and resealed. Same for vanity unit in second en suite and downstairs toilet vanity unit
