Tap hole drilling into ceramic sink

Removal of old sink, and add new sink, sink provided (tap not provided)

Replacement of shower mixer tap with new unit, already sourced. Will involve breakage of a small number of brick type tiles (see picture) but we have spares so no drama. Mostly plumbing work - we'd like to see the copper pipe ends for hot and cold prepared correctly and balanced to meet the new tap. Ideally would like a quote to include setting back replacement tiles (but excluding grouting as we can do that)

There is a problem with the water tank fitting in place.

Need to reseal bath and shower

Bath plug stuck. Bath is sealed all around to the floor so can’t get it from underneath. Plungers not sucking it up and can’t push it in further. Help

1) recently DIY fitted boiling water tap the regular hot water flexi hose is leaking and need to dismantle and remove existing hose and replace with new one. 2) under-sink pipework is all loose and needs to be fixed in place (kitchen) 3)wobbly tap needs tightening up (ultility sink) 4) hot/cold hoses need swapping over (WC sink)
