My kitchen tap needs replacing I have the tap to be fitted

Bottom arm not spinning. I fixed it before but it's not spinning again.

Shower tray is leaking water through the ceiling as the seal has broken around the plug hole. Needs to be sealed. I do not want to replace the tray as I would need to remove tiles. Can this be done?

I’m looking to have the existing pedestal sink removed and replaced with this wooden vanity/basin/tap. The back legs of the vanity will need to be cut to accommodate the small ledge on the bathroom floor. The back panel my also need to be cut unless the pipe can be run on the inside of the cabinet.

1- Service and generally check Worcester-Bosch combi boiler (Greenstar 37 CDi) 2- Filling loop valve is stuck in open position and won't close back. Will need to be replaced. 3- Fix a leak from the pressure relieve system (leaking outside)

I used a drain unblocker liquid and a snake tool, but neither worked. I suspect the issue is with the waste disposal machine. I tried using a wrench to rotate the turntable, which moves, but the water still doesn’t drain. Attached is an image of the machine.

Hi, Our bathroom wash hand basin tap has broken and a replacement one is required to be installed. Tasker will be required to recommend a suitable one from either B&Q, Homebase etc that will fit.

Kitchen Tap Sink is dripping even though it is closed. it also makes noise when other taps in the home are open. Need this to replaced pics attached
