Need someone to help tighten this nut enough to stop the water remnants slowly seeping out. Mains water has stopped but some of the leftover water in the pipes is still coming out slowly. Water sealant tape used on the nut at the top, but it needs to be a bit tighter. Please only contact if you know what you’re doing. This is maximum a half hour job so please only contact if you have the spare time as I can’t pay a full day plumber’s rate for it. Thanks

I have taken pictures of the soil stack and circled it on the plan which also has measurements of where the plumbing needs to be (where the new island will be ) Technical description of whats needed please refer to the below and include this in your quote . To chase waste pipe 40mm into floor and connect onto soil in the corner of kitchen. Also run hot and cold pipework in chase to kitchen island ready for sink. Once in, connect and tested waste and for leaks. Back fill chase. (digging to lay pipe the appropriate drop is needed)

The tap in the kitchen drips a lot and often you have to twist the knobs tightly to get it to stop dripping, I thought that was it but now the pipe underneath the sink is dripping and I suspect it’s been doing that for a while.

There’s been no water pressure upstairs all day. The boiler tank seems to be attempting to refill but pressure is low. The toilet have no water and water is just trickling out of the tap. The tap has very low pressure. The bath has no cold water either.

I have bidet shower which is broken..already got replacement but need someone to replace it..

Multiple Tasks to complete - I can pay £60 an hour plus parts plus parking in incurred. 1) Toilet detaching from the wall - Plumber to judge whether it should be reattached or should it come off the wall. 2) Toilet seat loose - Needs to be properly screwed down. Access to it is hidden under toilet bowl, not easily accessible. 3) Shower tap loose - Need to tighten or replace 4) Overflow cover in bath not secure - Need to fix with screws 5) Toilet roll holder came off - Remove toilet roll holder as host said it continuously comes off. Patch up hole in wall as best as possible.
