Fix toilet roll holder back on bathroom

Drain which drains the Washing machine and Kitchen needs unblocking. It has caused a small amount of drain water to accumulate in yard which also needs draining.

Removal of sink, capping of pipes and plastering ready for redecorating. Then at later date install new sink.

I newd someone to install a toilet seat. One of the bolts is in a tricky position. See picture

I have had a new bathroom fitted and tiled and due to the project being delayed my plumber is now away on holiday. I’m looking for my bath waste connecting, bath sealing, bath taps drilled and fitted (pipe work already in place) & thermostatic shower fitting above bath (pipe work already in place) Would ideally like this done asap as without a functional bathroom! Thanks in advance
