Task 1 - UPVC Window won’t open, I’ve tried replacing handle but didn’t improve, suspect something is jammed in the tracks or mechanism has failed. Require this being repaired/ sorted. Task 2 - Replace 2x window panes for windows and have blown note - panes belong to 2 different windows refer to pictures. Our window handle was very stiff to open for the last months and eventually got completely broken when we tried to open it today

We have three uPVC windows that aren’t closing properly. One just doesn’t close fully, and I can’t work out what’s jamming it. The other has a latch that seems to have come loose? On the third, the handle on one has broken, so we’ve taken it out. I ordered new handles but the spindle was too long - it almost looks like someone DIY’ed a shorter one to fit previously? I would like to find someone who can advise me about which handle to order, then once it arrives can come and put the new handle in and fix the other window latches/hinges. It is possible the previous owner did a little DIY work on the handle. Thinking it should be pretty simple for anyone who knows what they are doing, but I am happy to discuss the quote in more detail later, if it is more complicated than expected.

Hello - we have about 10 upvc window handles to replace. Supply and fit required by experienced installers

Bathroom window is stuck shut and won’t open. Need a quote for repairing the window so it opens and closes like normal. Measurements: * Just Window: 107cm x 44cm * Window + Frame: 115cm x 50cm I’ve tried replacing the handle, putting some WD40 in the gaps and using the L key method but neither have worked.

Need to replace a window lock/handle on a downstairs window. Screws are stuck and stripped

The issue is that the closing mechanism on the superior hinge is faulty or broke and the window does not shut properly leaving a gap which increases from bottom to top.

The UPVC window in my bathroom is locked shut and won’t open. The handle moves but the window is stuck shut.

Fitting of trickle vents onto existing UPVC double glazed windows. Will require drilling holes within the window frame and screwing the trickle vents on either side of the window. 3x windows in total all on second floor so likely will require a ladder. I can provide the vents/ tea etc
