Clean, Sanding and refinishing wooden floor 38sqm. It is a ground floor property. Private parking provided. All floor will be completely cleared of furniture by us. To give an idea of the area I provide a plan, sanding and refinishing not needed in kitchen, toilet and master bedrooms. Materials or sanding machines not provided.

We have a wooden floor in our kitchen that is old and scuffed, also it's a more yellow colour than we like. Looking for someone to sand the floor and revarnish it in a lighter more neutral colour

Table top to be refinished with varnish / lacquer. Likely needs the existing varnish removed, sanded and then refinished. Given the table top weighs around 80kgs needs to be done on site.

I need to refurb my dining table to a good sellable standard. There are some burn marks and stains in there. It seems like a white oil treatment and it came with the rustic look (some holes where knots are) - but I'm happy to refurb to a different style if that's easier to do. Let me know what you think! dining table - unvarnished - needs sanding to take away some burn marks / scuff marks - Due date: Flexible

- clean off mould in corner of room - where the walls and ceiling have holes or damage, refinish - repaint walls and ceiling - in a couple of places the skirting has been removed, (about 370cm total). Either replace skirting or make good on wall, whatever's more economical. - new carpet for whole room. Dimensions are 350x261cm - take away and legally dispose of old carpet Please supply all your own materials and tools. Paint to be white and carpets to be light grey. Cheapest possible. This room needs to be a usable bedroom for 6 months only. It does not have to be perfect, it just needs to be clean and tidy. Preference for early availability.

surfaces of oak table (130x40cm), and bench (110x40cm), have both got a few marks and I would like to have them resurfaced/sanded and varnished. Not sure if the whole surface needs to be done, or just the areas with the marks. - Due date: Flexible

We have a new solid oak table which surface started to come off and white areas appeared on the top as shownin the photos. The compan sent an expert to assess the issue who said that it was due to a manufacturing issue as it seems that the table may not have been sealed correctly.
