The tiles behind our toilet cistern have come away from their grouting, the affected tiles are the ones that were drilled through to affix the toilet to the wall and it appears that movement in these bolts are what has created the issue. One of the bolts to remove the tile is blocked by the apparatus within the cistern so we are unable to remove it ourselves to remove and re-grout the tiles. Spare tiles are available if necessary.
