The grout around my bathroom sink (tap) requires removing, a little sanding, varnish applied and then new silicone applied. There's is not too much to complete. Just around the sink. Only Varnish will be provided

Bathroom in my flat needs regrouting around the bath and sink mainly - it's not sealed and also has some mould. the grout is grey and also some white

The grouting and sealant in our shower has started to crack in places and I need a professional to reseal/regrout parts of the flooring/wall in the shower. The sealant and grouting are both grey. Happy to get the materials for the job myself if you could quote materials separately.

The tiles are large porcelanosa tiles, which were originally grouted shallowly. Some of it has crumbled away, so are looking for it to be re-grouted in the areas where this has happened. Finally the bath needs re-sealing all the way round. 2 jobs: 1. I need a roller blind put up in a dormer window - the handyman will need to supply the mounting bracket for the tube, and I think it will need a wooden batten to be mounted, to take the weight of the blind, the dormer roof won’t take it; 2. the grouting around our bath has gone mouldy or come away, I need the old / residual grout removed and replaced. It’s mostly white but some is grey.

Tile between worktops and cupboards in kitchen - regrout and reseal bathroom

Looking to remove grout and re grout 3 areas of my house (1) hallway 20x20 tiles approx 5 x 1.5m (2) extension 6 x 5 m 60x60 tiles . (3) Bathroom 2 x 2m 60 x 60 tiles. Please give cost individual areas or as one job We will provide the grout £8 per m2

Re-grout around edge of bath (2 sides) and round basin. Fix broken clothesline. Clean greasetrap. Fix 2 doors (one hard to open to outside, 1 indoor doesn't snib closed). Toilet doesn't flush very well, though no obvious problem.

We need to regrout some tiles in the shower area of two bathrooms as the grouting has cracked and water is seeping through the cracks creating a leak. We would need to reapply sealant as well.
