11am in Forest Gate I have a Mercedes Sprinter with furniture and boxes that need unloading. The flat is on the 4th floor but there is lift. Caster boards are also available.

We have a bar we need unloading from a van. The bar is quite heavy so this is a two or three person job (one of us will help, the other can't for medical reasons). Ideally we would like help as soon as possible as we have to return the van!

Need a man with van to provide removals services. It is a one bed flat but there is not a large amount of stuff. A few small/medium bits of furniture, plus one persons stuff (bags and boxes etc). I'll be needing to be moved from Forest Gate to Kington Upon Thames this Saturday (11th June), preferably in the afternoon but I'm flexible on time. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 11 June 2022
