I need 2 strong men to help re-arrange furniture in my 4 story house. I expect it to take between 1-2 hours. Specifically, I need to move one large sofa, one heavy shelf unit from the basement up two floors. And I need to move one carpet (12 ft x 10 ft), one small setee sofa, one footrest down 2 floors (to the basement). I also need help taking down 2 curtains and swapping them into other rooms (I have ladder and drill). It took only 2 men to move these items into the house, so they're not unrealistically heavy. But I would prefer two male friends that are young and strong and like to lift things carefully up and down steps.

We have about 50 bags of soil and plants, twigs, plants and bamboo roots that have all been bagged up and are ready to be taken away and disposed of. There are also 10 tubs/boxes of roots that are not in bags (see images) They are all in the front garden right next to the main road, with 3 steps down so makes it easy to take away.
Andres kept me informed throughout and despite a minor delay it made no difference to me and he carried out the work as requested. Thank you Andres!
