Ring doorbell installation services include the necessary tasks to install your Ring doorbell, whether you need a replacement or it’s your first time to use one. Removing the old doorbell

Your handyman starts the doorbell replacement by switching off your doorbell’s power at your home’s circuit breaker. They then proceed to dismantle your old doorbell by removing its faceplate and cutting the wires connected to the old doorbell’s switch or button. Mounting the Ring doorbell bracket

They push or hammer the anchors onto the wall, place the bracket on top, then secure the bracket with screws that go into the anchors.

Wiring the Ring doorbell

They push the front face onto the bracket and ensure it makes a tight and perfect seal to protect its inner workings from the elements and tampering. Your installer finishes the installation by fastening the two security screws on the bottom of the doorbell.

Testing the Ring doorbell

After finishing the installation, your doorbell installer tests the doorbell. Your handyman restores the power from your home’s circuit breaker. Additionally, they can check if the LED light on the button lights up and if chime is working. Should the doorbell not work, your handyman can cut off power to the doorbell, disassemble it and repeat the installation until it works.
