Back of Roman blinds in bedroom…they can’t go up anymore as all the clips are shut and cable won’t roll up to the top.

I have 2 Roman blinds that need fitting, I have fittings,screws and rawl plugs but don’t have power tools or ability, reckon it’s less than an hours work ….
