Clean gutter for the entire house and place the guards. House has one floor so need very tall ladder.

The damaged ceiling area as showing in photo need a cosmetic job, plastering and white paint. Then the gutter outside the window need a repair, additionally, the wallpaper area under the window frame need a new one.

Roof membrane /felt seems to have holes and letting in water in to the loft

After having the gutters of our house and conservatory cleaned, we've noticed a leak in the conservatory following the recent heavy rains. The conservatory is connected to our living room, and it seems that the seal where the conservatory meets the house may have come loose and needs replacing.

1] The job is the apply a coat (paint) of Thompsons/Acrypol waterproof roof coating on my flat roof (which is above backside extension area , 13 feet x 18 feet). I will supply the waterproofing paint and brushes. Please bring your own ladder to climb on to the roof. 2] Because of the previous leak the ceiling below (in the extension area) has some leakage marks/stains, so a small job to paint (white) over the marks/stains, and apply some surface filler for a nice finish before painting over. It is a very small area, in fact a few small patches where it had leaked, mainly near the skylight windows. I will supply the material.

There are 4 gutters at the corner of our house and during the hot weather, they make cracking sound and it's audible from the inside of the house. We want to get rid of that by the help of your fix ideas without changing the gutter materials. If you can pick a hot day, then you can hear the sounds and apply your fix accordingly. This is a 2 floor detached house so you need extensible ladder to reach the root gutters. Parking is available.

Hello i need a roofer to go on the roof and put a cow/rain protector on the chimney

Need silicon/sealant reapplied to the joins on 2 sides of a central beam where it meets with glass roofing slates (about 7m length along either side of the beam). The beam has a gutter running directly over it, which has occasionally overflowed and then leaked through. Will need to remove the old sealant presumably and go from there.

The gutter connection has come apart at the top, near the roof. It should just need a screw or glue to fix it but you will need a ladder.

There is a leak from the down gutter pipe and need to be replaced. Please provide quotation.
