We would like the plaster taken off the front of the chimney breast up to the picture rail, creating an exposed brick feature wall and the old concrete fire plate removed from the cavity. We are planning on getting a wood burning stove installed and need to get the chimney ready for this. I am open to discuss quote amounts.

We have concrete gutters that have flakey paint on them. The old paint needs removing and we then need them repainted. The house is 5m wide, the gutters only run along the front and rear of the house (none down the sides)

The end of the guttering has come away from the down pipe and the rest of the guttering and therefore need to be replaced and reattached.

A section of guttering has come loose on the second floor, bracket broke in Storm Bert.

I have rope lights with clips that clip along the top gutter from each end. Usually takes someone 15 minutes if they have a ladder

Guttering at the front of the property needs clearing and potential repair at one point. Water is leaking down, however this could be due to the need for a clean.

we have stripped the damp and damaged old plaster from one of the internal walls which is also an exterior wall. Some of the brick are damaged, they need to be placed, then I would like the wall to be insulated and plastered.
