It’s a flat roof that needs a new felt overlay. You must have all tools and equipment to do this and proven experience. I’m looking to get this done by the end of feb.

Fix roof on top of shed. I have removed as much mould internally as possible. Re- plaster and paint internal.

Damp wall in spite of 5 different roofers attempting repairs. Possible water running down felt, porous bricks. Worse with rain. Possibly due to subsidence or gap between adjoining wall. Budget obviously negotiable but had to enter an amount! Let’s discuss in chat. It’s unlikely to be the lead work as many roofers (and plasterers had a go and it’s worse now.

The balcony above my flat leaks into my balcony when it rains. I would like to build some sort of temporary roofing that would allow rain to slide off the balcony and keep it relatively dry. Because I am renting, this solution should be safe and stable, but also relatively easy to remove if needed. Pics of the upstairs balcony attached. I am flexible on solutions and pricing!

A broken / misaligned downpipe is causing water damage to walls. The hopper is also probably in the wrong position/not big enough. Water damage is evident where moss and weeds are growing on bricks behind downpipe. We need a roofer to examine the area on an initial visit. You need to access the roof via the loft hatch to work on hopper. This is a 3 storey house so you need to:- erect SCAFFOLDING to replace the whole downpipe to a 68mm (or larger) one, approx 16m of pipe in total, fit wall brackets every metre, to include 2 or 3 bends. Scrape off the moss from the brickwork and spray the bricks with moss killer. An initial visit is required to inspect the building and check all requirements. My photos show the grounds and area for erecting scaffolding but I feel a visit is important to avoid any problems. PRICE INCLUDES LABOUR, SUPPLY /FIT/DE-RIG OF SCAFFOLDING, SUPPLY OF LADDERS AND ALL EQUIPMENT, REMOVING ANY RUBBISH. We will pay for the new pipe sections, bends, clips/brackets, hopper (with your advice and guidance) and the moss killer treatment. Thank you so much.

I have a flat (first floor maisonette) in Tooting in Southwest London which as a roof terrace that leads out of the kitchen. We have recently had some refurbishment work done but have noticed some issues with the work that has been done to the roof. There were pre-existing issues with the roof when I bought the flat. The decking sits above a bitumen-covered roof, and the roof is constructed of concrete slab, on the surface the roof has large pooling issues and somehow engrossing below concrete causing sagging on plasterboard underneath - causing water to be sucked into the plasterboard.
