Your Task Details I am trying to find someone with an expertise in noise insulation for an internal area where there is a surface glass and metal area allowing communication between two rooms in a duplex apartment. The rooms are on a different floor. Working from home is challenging since conversations can be heard clearly and we need to find a solution to reduce the noise passing through the glass surface. Can take a video to make clearer the issue. Since we are tenants we look for solutions that are not permanent and can be removed easily in the future if we need to.

I need a box fulled with insulation and probably with a door for a noisy water pump and I need some wooden shelves for an alcove in a bedroom

Possible blokage of gutter need attention and fixing as it is damaging both in and outside walls

Put a new roof felt on our shed. The waterproof felt has come off

Need new down pipes fitted which also takes the bath water out. The pictures show two different pipes on the back of the house.

We have a leak coming from where there is a missing bit of pipe - where our gutter should connect with the neighbour's gutter.

The flat roof above our kitchen extension leaks in heavy rain. The leak comes from the line where the roof meets the main wall of the building.

The roof opens on a sliding mechanism, however closing it is impossible as there’s nothing to push, pull, and then lock it.

Need to line a chimney with metal liner for open fire. Would need either full job or someone with a ladder who is comfortable on a roof to Lower liner down chimney

Terraced house in shoreditch with front and back gutters that need cleaning and repair. Front gutter needs cleaning as not flowing properly. Back of house gutter needs reattaching to wall as plant has pulled it off. 3 story terraced house.

Two tasks 1. Pitched roof - access from interior (no need for ladder) - a few slates broken/displaced (2 or 3) to be fixed. Picture enclosed 2. Flat felt roof (easy access with small ladder which I can provide) - localised leak to be fixed. No need to re-do the whole roof, just patching existing.

Gutters need cleaning on a Victorian terraced house

The guttering on the second floor of our home has come off. We believe too small nails were used to fix it originally. It’s too high for any of our ladders, hoping a professional will have a better solution! Please see pictures attached. Not sure on appropriate fee so happy to discuss. Thanks.
