Install Handrail We have the handrail (small – 1.6m). You’ll need to install it near the steps leading down to the flat (see pic). You’ll need a drill and rawl plugs. Replace Trellis. I need a section of trellis removed and a new section installed. This will involve… Cutting back some ivy and a climber first – bagging it up (appreciate it if you bring the bags – but if this is an issue I can order some in) and taking away the cuttings (don’t anticipate this being a lot – see photo). The existing trellis is around 180cm x 90cm, so before you head to the job I’ll need you to pick up a new section. I need three acoustic wooden panels put up on my chimney breast. These will need to be cut from below and stuck to the wall using glue and nails (will be supplied). A cut will need to be made in one of the panels as there is a socket. Please note there are 3 long panels and I am looking for someone who have precision and attention to detail.

Leak is where the kitchen/dishwasher/washing machine waste connects into the main waste downpipe. Leaking when water coming from kitchen. But also when waste coming down the main downpipe. In both cases a steady drip.

Our shed has had the cover come off in the storm and we are worried repeated snow/frost/rain will now damage the roof. It needs to be securely reapplied onto the roof carefully as the top is fragile (we cannot afford a new shed). We have an extra roll of shed roofing, but not secure glue. We would need the person attending to apply the roll onto the roof, glue/attach it securely and ensure that it would stay on for the long-term. We are on a very restricted budget and would appreciate sensible offers of help.

Hello, I need some help insulating three windows in my flat in London. The windows are fully operational. However, when the weather is colder outside, I can feel a current coming from all three windows. I think there is a small gap between the window itself and it's frame, even when closed, and was probably not well calibrated when it was installed. I am flexible about the work that can be done - either recalibrate the windows themselves, or add some layer of insulation to close this gap between the window and the frame.
