Hi, We’ve got old white wooden Juliette balcony doors that need replacing. The measurements are 117cm wide x 190 cm tall. We’re open to a more durable uPVC replacement. We’re relatively price conscious, but not at the expense of quality. They’re also being damaged by a slightly leaky roof. We’re looking to get this fixed too. Gutters cleaned on 2nd floor

Parapet wall repairs needs to be painted with grey waterproofing (permaseal or similar). 1.5m or pointing needs to be removed and redone to a high standard. The parapet wall is on the front roof slope about the first floor. The repointing is behind the second floor rear addition(pod). Only experienced roofers wanted.

Reaffix/tighten our TV ariel, located on our flat roof. The pole is fixed to a bracket on a small vertical wall. There was a lot of wind recently and the pole came loose. We can't see the bracket, but expect it to have vibrated open. See the image, the pole should be vertical, it is currently listing at 45 degrees. We are flexible on the day that the work is done, so long as it is undertaken between 15-19 April Tasker must have extension ladders to gain access from the roof of the ground floor (above kitchen) to the roof of the second floor (main roof of home). The flat roof above the kitchen is where the ladders can be placed to reach to flat roof on the top of the house.

Task would includes going up to the roof of the house and installed 4 chimney coverings on the chimneys. I have already bought the coverings. Installation needs a screwdriver so not very difficult. Tasker would require a ladder (at least 8ft) to access the roof from the terrace.

Our drainage pipe on the outside wall is leaking after someone takes a shower and it leaks to downstairs neighbours garden (end of terrace house). The neighbour will provide access to the garden. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 27 September 2022

Need to reattach, seal and stop leak

Looking for someone to clear out disintegrated fiberglass insultation from a loft space. Space is about 4x4m wide (max) and will need a 6 foot ladder to be accessed through a small trap door. Needs to be removed and disposed off in a safe way as it's close to our baby's nursery and we don't want fiberglass floating in the air.
