Need new down pipes fitted which also takes the bath water out. The pictures show two different pipes on the back of the house.

We have a leak coming from where there is a missing bit of pipe - where our gutter should connect with the neighbour's gutter.

Two tasks 1. Pitched roof - access from interior (no need for ladder) - a few slates broken/displaced (2 or 3) to be fixed. Picture enclosed 2. Flat felt roof (easy access with small ladder which I can provide) - localised leak to be fixed. No need to re-do the whole roof, just patching existing.

Need someone with tall ladders or potentially to push guttering back together, pvc cement them so they’re water tight and likely add a wall bracket so it doesnt come loose. Ladders must fit through a pretty tight terraced flat to the rear garden. Relatively simple job once you’re up there but it’s top of the 3rd story

We need the top gutter connected to the bottom gutter so the water runs down here and into the bottom gutter.gutter to be provided.

About 10sq m area side shed has asbestos corrugated roofing panels that need removing and replaced with new roofing. Inside the house, we need new plasterboards on ceiling, skimming, and painting

Our rain water pipe outside our house is no longer attached to the gutter, we need it screwed back together. The Airtasker needs to bring a ladder long enough to reach it and possibly have a connector to connect the two together to

Have a flat roof which is leaking need it sealed with liquid. Sealant already had a few people look at it, the flat roof would need a 3 stack ladder to get to.

I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️

Need to put plastic roof sheets

Drains clogged with debris, a downpipe clogged with debris, and the wastewater pipe from my washing machine (1st floor) and my downstairs neighbour's washing machine need replacing (they are broken and off). Internal bedroom wall suffering from damp/mould, which we suspect is due to leaky drop gutter to exterior (see images). Need someone to come and check whether the gutter box is full and, if so, to help clear it. Given that we are on 2nd floor, this may require either a long ladder, or access to the roof via our internal Velux window and a ladder. - Due date: Flexible
