As you can see from the photos, there is a problem with the flashing and slates at the front right corner of the house. You will need a long enough ladder to reach above the first floor to carry out repairs. You may need some flashing/slates, if they are missing.

Need someone with tall ladders or potentially to push guttering back together, pvc cement them so they’re water tight and likely add a wall bracket so it doesnt come loose. Ladders must fit through a pretty tight terraced flat to the rear garden. Relatively simple job once you’re up there but it’s top of the 3rd story

Have a flat roof which is leaking need it sealed with liquid. Sealant already had a few people look at it, the flat roof would need a 3 stack ladder to get to.

I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️
