We need the following work done in the garage. We need you to help with: 1. Clear current furniture temporarily out of the garage (to the garden) 2. Strip the current laminate flooring 130 sq feet (rectangle shape) 3. Dry the floor and walls with a dehumidifier 4. Strip the tiles under the flooring 5. Dispose of waste materials (within the budget) 6. Apply any concrete to level ground if needed 7. Install floor insulation for the garage 8. Install underlay and install laminate flooring 9. Put back all the fittings in the garage We will pay for the following but will need help to source the materials: 1. The laminate floors 2. Underlay 3. Commencing a self-build renovation project. Looking for tradesmen to support key jobs that I need doing. I need to remove chimney breasts on ground floor lounge and diner, and first floor bedrooms (4 chimney breasts in total, but the stack will remain in the roof). I have the structural calculations and can order the steels and skips for you. I need someone to carefully install the steels and re-patch the floor joists and ceiling. Insulation panels were cut to fit between the rafters of my roof summer 2020. They were fixed only with tape. Seven rows have fallen, and others are liable to fall. The job is to refit the fallen panels, and fix all the panels using screws or nails so that they are all secure. The fallen panels are still in OK condition but i also have spare panels if needed.

Roof is leaking via an old velux window. Leak needs to be repaird with liquid sealant. The roof is slate and quite old and i anticipate replacing next summer however i need a short term solution to rectify the leak in the short term.

The wooden fascia boards are in poor state of disrepair and needs replacing with UPVC fascias on the front back and 1 side of the property.
