Hi my loft needs re insulation as well as roof vents for air flow

Need to install splashback and recirculating chimney cooker hood in the kitchen

I need to repair work done on my garage. The roof needs repairing and the door replacing. Part of the roof is asbestos and needs sealing because it leaks when it rains. The other part is corrugated plastic and needs replacing. The door is built on a custom metal frame and also needs replacing.

I have some repair works specified in a Homebuyers Survey for a house that I am in the process of purchasing that require urgent attention (quotes taken from report): "Chimney stacks: need repointing; some stains on the parapet walls suggest the possibility of blocked or inadequate throatings to the underside of the overhang on the copings; plant growth coming from the lower levels of the left rear parapet wall indicates defective render. Remove 2 chimney breast. One in dining room and one in the living room. Install supporting beams square off both rooms and plaster walls. And put new skirting boards in living room. Price to include all materials for the job

Refix towel rail onto wall. Fell off due to kids hanging and brackets fell. Roof support wooden beams carried - causing roof tiles into a 'bow' shape. Damp proof course injection into exterior wall. Kitchen cupboard back boards broken - need to be replaced with something more durable and supporting like Ply-board or MDF. Investigation and repair of a Leak from somewhere in exterior wall - causing interior wall to crumble (separate wall for required DPC).

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
