Hire a rubbish remover for any job in West Sussex Preston

I'm moving into a flat in Brighton on Sunday 8th (today) from 2pm. I have a van (Ranault Traffic) full of my belongings in boxes and bags that needs to be taken from the car park to the flat using a lift. There are no big furniture items, just boxes and bags and some items nit bagged such as an extra wide computer screen and keyboard.

Help moving a couple larger items (a peloton and large mirror) from storage in the garden into the house. Breakdown large tent and help carry out to the bins.

I have a large chest of drawers that I need to move from one room to another (down some stairs). It’s rather heavy (75KG fully packed) and says it requires two people to move it when packed safely. (I am happy to help, but can’t do it alone.)

I'm moving all of my stuff from my flat and putting it in storage. I've got a van and one man coming and my girlfriend will be helping. But I am disabled and can't help so I need someone to help move things. Nothing outrageously heavy, just normal household stuff. Heaviest thing is probably the washing machine and beds; and obviously you would not be carrying them alone.
