My Janome sewing machine needle wont move when turned on, and the window on the sewing machine just reads SP

My sewing machine jammed (lots of threads came up from the bobbin) and now the bobbin thread won't catch. I think the timing has been thrown off.

I have some items that are coming apart and I dont want to throw them away

Cushions are approx 4ft long x 2ft 4" Tall x 4" inches deep. They are solid memory foam inside. I need All three to be cut and stitched so they are 18" inches Tall , keeping the other two dimensions as is. Also needs strong velcro stitched on the back of each to fix to the wall. Remaining material and foam needs returning for final custom pads to be made. ( Measurements to come after the initial 3 pads are installed ).

I’m looking for someone new who I can count on to provide me with alterations, without extortionate pricing like half of the city’s tailors. What I typically need is trousers shortening/hemming with some slight tapering, and shirts/blazers to have sleeves shorted (I’ve never really had to adjust shoulders or waists much thankfully). Can drop off items to you directly (likely 3 suits (2 piece) and 4-5 shirts In the past I’ve typically paid a flat fee of £10-15 per item with my usual tailor (Ben Gold) who is sadly getting on a bit.
