Need a qualified electrician to install a new Ei3016 hardwired smoke alarm in my ceiling. The alarm unit is brand new (just purchased from Screwfix). The job involves: - Removing existing mounting plate (photos attached) - Installing new base plate and wiring - Fitting new Ei3016 alarm - Testing the installation Key points: - Location: Lewisham - Existing wiring in place but needs transferring to new mounting system - Must be qualified for electrical/fire alarm work - Please share your credentials/registration details - I have the new unit ready to go The ceiling is ~7ft9in, but I do not have a step ladder. I need to replace my current battery powered smoke alarms with mains powered ones. 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the corridor downstairs and 1 in the corridor upstairs. It's a new build with no floor boards and so I'm assuming cabling would need to be discreetly fed around the edges and corners of walls perhaps?

Could someone please help me fix/connect 2 smoke alarms back to the ceiling of my flat? These have been pulled out and the wires have been disconnected too and needs to be put back in as shown in the pics. Thanks

I don’t have a ladder so can’t get to the smoke alarm to change the battery. The beeping is driving me mad! Would like someone to please replace the battery.

Remove original radiator fitment and install Tado fitment (Tado system already in place in other rooms). Fit and install indoor smoke alarm, fit external Ring camera (ladder needed as placement is to be on side of the house). Fit lockbox onto exterior wall.

To fix a smoke alarm. It’s loose and a bit detached. The electric smoke alarm needs tightening.
