Trip switch for upstairs sockets is staying down. It has been temperamental but it usually stays back up eventually. This time it won't. Have tried all appliances plugged in. Can't work out the issue. Please can someone help?

I’m renovating a bedroom and moving the bed to the opposite wall of the room. There are no plug sockets there. So need 2 installed or the ones on the other side of the room extended from, whichever is easier. There is a double socket to the side of where the bed will go, so it’s close enough for this to be joined to. Position is shown in the picture behind the wardrobe

We have recently purchased a house that needs some things taken care of. We require two socket fronts replacing as they are broken and one socket unwired and then re-wired as it has been bodged by the previous owners. Photos of these have been attached for reference.
