I have a job that needs doing in a Richmond flat and this job can be done now. There are six individual 20-year old halogen GU4 under cabinet lights, which are directly powered from the mains. I would like to replace them with LED ones. I think all the wiring still works and just the lights need changing but it all needs to be tested. There are also two light switches that need to be replaced (dual dimmer light switches). I may as well get an EICR done as the old one is now 4.5 years old.
