Hello! We need to move a corner sofa(2 pieces) from the 3rd to the ground floor. My partner is strong but I'm not so any help would be appreciated!

I have purchased a 3-seater sofa which needs to be lifted to the balcony of my first floor apartment from the ground floor. Rather simple job as the sofa is 30-40kgs in weight - just requires a harness and a pulley of some sort to lift the item up over the balcony railing which is aroud 4.5m from the ground.

Good morning I was wondering if you provide furniture hoist service for Wirral area or have anybody in industry who could assist?
