to install a new printer to my PC

I have an old laptop hp pavillion 15.6 with beats audio . Still brand new but haven’t used it so thought why not keep it . What it needs is a screen replacement and battery as well as rebooting a new windows on it .

I want to sort my email accounts and shift all files (mainly word and pdfs) to icloud. So far, I cannot get access to previous versions of docs on icloud which is important to me. Plus, I am linked to two university servers and my computer is confused and takes me to the wrong online library and wrong teams accounts.

I need a London based IT tech to help me finish off an installation project. I need to set up client specific software on 5 pcs.
