We're hosting a party for ~70 people and need help from an on the day event coordinator. We have caterers who are delivering the food for a buffet but we need a coordinator to work with 1 or 2 other waitstaff to put it out, serve drinks, and keep the event running smoothly. Event to run 1300-1800 We'll have a 30 mins prep call in advance too.

On Saturday 21 June, I am hosting a BBQ with family and friends. I am looking for a person who has experience in BBQ-ing (meats, prawns, and food skewers ). You would need to be confident setting the fire for the BBQ, making the food, taking orders when people approach the BBQ, and giving people food when they approach you at the BBQ.
