Dishes and Kitchen Cleaning and Vegetable Washing For a Client Dinner party Help with my private cooking at my client's dinner party of 16 people on 2nd Feb in SW8. I'm an independent chef and cook sharing-style Chinese dishes at this event. Time: approx 4pm to 12 am or 12:30 am. Main Tasks: Return the kitchen to spotless after my cooking and wash vegetables and cooking utensils during my cooking -During my cooking: Wash vegetables, wash plates, cutting boards and kitchen knives -After Cooking: wash plates, pans, pots, cookware -A large number of plates are due for Chinese dinner. At least 40 plates to be washed -It's hard to predict when the tasks will end, pending the speed of clients' eating, but it is likely to be midnight, even 12:30.
