The lamp is from Loaf and is the Dining Table bought in 2017. There seems to be a fault at the base where there is the connexion between the electrical cables and the lamp bulb.

It was bought in Australia. It's hard to find a bulb that fits properly but also, they've just stopped working. The fuse may need to be fixed but im not sure. If there's a way to make an adjustment so it's easier to change the bulbs for the uk, that would be very helpful.
