need to put a small lamp back together after i have cleaned it

It was bought in Australia. It's hard to find a bulb that fits properly but also, they've just stopped working. The fuse may need to be fixed but im not sure. If there's a way to make an adjustment so it's easier to change the bulbs for the uk, that would be very helpful.

Bought this Harvey Guzzini Brumbry Table Lamp at auction and I think it needs pat-testing and possible re wiring.
